The Chinese Restaurant Awards are a not-for-profit organization made up of food & marketing professionals dedicated to recognize and promote the Chinese culinary arts. The Chinese Restaurant Awards recognized both the local chefs who are creating stand out Chinese Signature Dishes and the restaurants that serve them. Our Bentley division was pleased to sponsor the Best Cantonese Restaurant award and the Signature Dish in King Crab award. Our Porsche division was pleased to sponsor the Best Taiwanese Restaurant award and then Signature Dish in Shrimp award. This is the first event to recognize the delectable Asian cuisine that is offered right here in Vancouver. The public was asked to vote for their favorite restaurants and dishes. The awards ceremony took place on January 15, 2009 at Edgewater Casino.
